Return & Exchange Policy



Our Return Policy...

US Wings carries the highest quality products and offers the highest level of service possible, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. However, if you should have to return or exchange an item, please follow our return policy.

  • Returns on Christmas Gifts: Order your Christmas Gifts early from US Wings, and we'll waive our normal 14-day return policy. Since Christmas gifts are often purchased well in advance, any item purchased from US Wings as a Christmas gift (in October, November, or December) may be returned AFTER Christmas for EXCHANGE ONLY (if returned AFTER 14 days of merchandise receipt). Cash refunds will only be granted if the item is returned WITHIN 14 days of merchandise receipt. As with any other return, authorization must be obtained within 14 days after the Christmas holiday, and item must be in its original unworn condition and with all original tags still attached. All conditions listed below apply.
  • Please obtain a Return Authorization Number by contacting our office via email within 14 days of merchandise receipt (30 days for orders to APO and FPO addresses). THIS IS REQUIRED! You should receive a reply in 24-72 hours. Products returned without proper written authorization and marking (Return Authorization Number MUST be written on 3 sides of the shipping carton) will be rejected at the Shipping Dept.
  • No cash/credit refunds or exchanges after 14 days of receipt of goods, no refunds or exchanges on custom orders and/or worn items.
  • For orders to APO and FPO addresses, no cash/credit refunds or exchanges after 30 days of receipt of goods.
  • All merchandise MUST be in its original, new condition. Please do not remove any tags or dispose of the receipt or shipping box until you are satisfied with your purchase. Unworn or unused items that have had the tags removed will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Garments (including jackets, coats, clothing, headwear, and gloves) that have been worn or items that have been used will not be accepted for exchange or refund. Garments with heavy cigarette, cigar, or perfume odors will also not be accepted for exchange or refund.
  • US Wings DOES NOT refund shipping charges on returned items.
  • US Wings DOES NOT pay for or refund shipping charges on item(s) returned for exchange, though we will ship the exchanged item(s) back to the customer free of charge. Note: if you return an item for exchange, US Wings will ship your exchanged item to you free of charge. However, if you return the item more than once for exchange, you will be charged for Shipping & Handling.
  • If a mistake was made on our part, we will pay up to $10.00 for return shipping. For customer mistakes (wrong size ordered, wrong color ordered, etc.), customer must pay for return shipping.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ship an item back to US Wings for return or exchange. It is NOT the responsibility of US Wings to pick-up a customer's return/exchange item at the customer's business or residence. Please insure item(s) to be shipped back to US Wings for return or exchange.
  • Your sales receipt must accompany the merchandise being returned or exchanged. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without receipt.
  • Merchandise must be returned in the original shipping carton, with the return authorization number written on the outside of the box on 3 sides. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without return authorization number.
  • Please allow 7 to 10 business days to process exchanges (not including shipping time). Please allow three weeks to process all returns.
  • All sales shipped outside the USA (except Canada) are FINAL*. No refunds/exchanges on items shipped outside the USA (except Canada). *Exceptions: Orders from active-duty US Military personnel, shipped to all APO and FPO addresses (please visit our US Military Orders page for full details). Returns/exchanges are also accepted from Canada, however Canadian customers must pay return shipping both ways (no free return shipping to Canada); item(s) must be returned via Postal Service and listed as an exchange/return.
  • All special order sales are FINAL.
  • Important! When you receive your package, DO NOT open the box with a sharp object! US Wings will NOT accept returns on items that have been cut, punctured or scraped while opening the box!
  • Note on Free Gifts: If you received a free gift with your purchase of a leather flight jacket, the gift MUST be returned if you return the jacket for a refund or credit. If you fail to return the gift, the retail price of the gift will be deducted from your refund. If you received a catalog with your order, please keep it.
  • For Corporate Customers, Returns on Large (Quantity) Orders: All returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned merchandise.
